Beta Terms for myDash
Version: 2026-07
These Beta Terms apply to participation in the invitation-only myDash testing programme.
1. Beta status
myDash is pre-release software under active development. Features, limits, availability and interface details may change. The beta may contain errors or experience interruptions.
2. Invitation and account
Participation requires a single-use invitation issued for a specific Google account email. The invitation must not be shared publicly.
Access may be suspended or revoked if an invitation is misused, if the beta is abused or if continued access would create a security or operational risk.
3. No purchase or payment
The beta does not accept payments.
Free, Beta, Founder or Pro access may be assigned for testing and does not create a permanent entitlement or promise of future paid service.
4. User responsibilities
Participants must protect their Google account, browser profile and invitation information.
Participants must not:
attempt to bypass access controls;
interfere with the service;
probe or attempt to access other users’ information;
use the beta unlawfully.
5. Google services and user actions
Some widgets access Google services after the user grants the relevant permissions.
Actions such as archiving email or editing supported data occur only when initiated through the corresponding feature.
Participants should use test or non-critical data when evaluating potentially destructive actions.
6. Dashboard data
myDash is local-first.
Optional synchronization stores dashboard configuration in the user’s own Google Drive app-data area.
Deleting a myDash account does not automatically delete dashboard data stored locally or in Google Drive.
7. Feedback
Participants may provide feedback, bug reports and suggestions.
Feedback may be used to evaluate and improve myDash without an obligation to implement any particular suggestion.
8. Availability and termination
The beta may be changed, paused or ended at any time.
Participants may stop using it, uninstall the extension or request account deletion.
Access may also be revoked for security, abuse or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimer
The beta is provided for testing on an as-available basis.
No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for critical use.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy and support
The About & Privacy page explains how information is processed.
Support and community channels are available through the official myDash website.
11. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in a new Terms version.
Where required, participants will be asked to accept the revised version before continuing registration or use.
